Section 01

Introduction and Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the organization operating the jayn9 platform and any user ("you" or "member") of the jayn9.cam website ("Platform"). These Terms have been prepared in English for Bangladeshi users.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

jayn9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception or illegal activity.
• If false information is found in the account.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If an instance of bonus abuse occurs.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

jayn9 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh and is committed to ensuring fast and secure transactions.

4.1 Deposit Guidelines

• All deposits will be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in your name — third-party payments are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Guidelines

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• The jayn9 welcome bonus is up to 150% up to ৳15,000 on the first deposit.
• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to claim this bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x).
• Bonus balance is not withdrawable before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• A promotion can be claimed only once per household, device or IP address.
• jayn9 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Cashback bonuses apply only to bets placed with real money — bets placed with bonus funds are not included.
• jayn9 reserves the right to investigate if a betting pattern indicates a breach of bonus terms.

VIP Program and Cashback

The jayn9 VIP program provides weekly cashback and special benefits to active members. The VIP tiers are described below:

• VIP tier assessments are reviewed periodically in the manner determined by jayn9.
• VIP cashback is credited to active accounts every Monday.
• jayn9 reserves the right to change VIP tiers or benefits without specifying a reason.

Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play
